Alex Wathen brings more than twelve years of law practice to his mission to help members of the military who need bankruptcy relief. He helps clients stationed at Fort Hood and elsewhere drawing on his erxperience with clients who cannot come to his office. It is not unusual that a service member’s bankruptcy papers are signed by a spouse using a power of attorney and Alex talks with the servicemember on the phone and by email from Iraq.
Alex has a varied educational background and has spent the last decade representing regular people rather than large corporations. He is committed to provide assistance through Pro-Bono programs for those who cannot afford an attorney. He is appointed on a regular basis by federal courts appellate courts to help deserving people.
